Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond this and identifies how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. Free Initial Consultation

To discuss area/s of concern. I can answer any questions you might have about transformational therapy. Let’s embark on your journey together, one question at a time

Consultation

In this session, we outline the transformation you are looking for.
We will discuss your concerns on a conscious level. You will have a chance to share your goals and expectations in a safe and confidential space. I will listen attentively to understand your unique situation and tailor the session to your needs

Transformational Session

In this 1.5-to-2-hour session, I will use gentle hypnosis to help you communicate with your subconscious mind, uncover the root cause of your issue, and reframe negative beliefs and patterns. We will address the root cause of the problem quickly, often achieving significant, lasting results.

Personalised Audio Recording

Your personalised transformational recording is an integral part of the change process. You must
commit to listening to your recording for 21 consecutive days following your RTT session. This locks in the changes made in the session and helps to create new neural pathways. Please don’t worry if you fall asleep while listening to your recording – the subconscious mind is always listening.

Progress check

I will contact you on days 1, 7 and 14 to support your progress and address any questions or concerns you might have. I aim to ensure you feel supported and confident in your ongoing transformation.

Follow Up Call after 28 days

After 28 days, we will have a virtual 30-minute follow-up session to review your progress and discuss any further support you might need.

Wrapping Up and Looking Ahead

If you feel the need for further support or wish to address additional issues, you can always repeat the cycle. We’re here to help you achieve lasting transformation, and our process is designed to be flexible to meet your ongoing needs.
